Before taking on my Herrons Country Fried Chicken Franchise in March 1998, I ran my fathers post office C.T.N business in Dundonald.

I took over the Country Fried Chicken in Comber from Richard Herron who went to run a Country Fried Chicken in Kilkeel because I felt like a different challenge and wanted to be my own boss.
